Cadbury the model

Worked on a Monday and i was soooooo bored because there was very little customers so hmmm i went to the toilet to snapchat haha. Surprisingly some of my friends actually replied to my snap hahaha. All of them answered, "Work?" Hence the second snap lol. I wasn't allowed to bring my phone but #rebeljess. Lol Bryan used to call me a rebel last time because i do whatever i want, even when i'm not supposed to. 

Since i'm on the topic of work, let me show you my recent discovery at one of the outlet's storeroom.

Check out point #2 - Do not enter the storeroom to drink water without permission.

I uploaded it onto Twitter and my friends say it's damn ridiculous lol. This place really feels like prison so i don't know how some part-timers work for 2 years?! 2 freaking years in this company with this kind of regulations is quite applaudable. Either that, or they are crazy.

Anyway, I knocked off at 3pm that day and was meeting my uni girls at 7pm so i had 4 hours free in-between and Bryan came down to find me. Hehe i'm really thankful for him because i had to leave at around 6.45pm to meet my friends so he had to go home and settle dinner himself. We headed to Chinatown after having lunch in town and Bryan being Bryan, bought a lot of food and gave me like 1 bread and 2 muffins for breakfast the next day. I kept saying no but he said he must get breakfast for me otherwise i wouldn't eat lol.

Surprisingly he was the one who asked me if i wanted to take ootd. I said no at first, but he asked me again after a while so i kindly obliged haha. These didn't make it to Instagram because "no feel" leh and i look fat :(

Mosaic-ed the shopping bag cos I bought something from the store that day. 

Off i went for my kbbq dinner with the girls at Don Dae Bak. We actually waited for about an hour for a table because the guy gave our table(s) away although we were there first?! I left down my number and he said he would call me when our table is ready so we waited at somewhere near the restaurant but we saw a few groups of people going in and they were given a table after a while. 

I realised that i only snapchatted the food so i grabbed this photo from Claire.

Food is not bad but very little variety leh. I think there were only 9 options on the menu + all the side dishes. Paid about $27 after GST and service charge + drinks. 

I had 3 days off and i have to go back to work tomorrow -_- but my off days were well spent! I spent my first day going to Starhub with my parents to settle some stuff cos my dad wants to covert to Starhub from Singtel. My whole family, except my sister, uses Singtel btw and we were thinking of changing to Starhub together. I decided to accompany my parents since i know tech stuff better than them. My dad signed a new contract and got himself an ASUS Zenfone 2. He wanted an iPhone 6 plus or Samsung S6 BUT i think it's a waste of money on him. So i convinced him to get a cheaper smartphone that is more suitable for him. 

Helped my dad to install all the apps and configure it for him once we reached home. I also tested out the camera on a new model that volunteered as tribute.

I need to bring her to the groomer soon. The last time she was groomed was about 4 months back.... oops. Her furs and nails are growing out so i can't ignore that any further. Btw, Cadbury has an Instagram account lol. I created an account for her long ago but didn't publicised it cos i hardly update and i don't think any of you are interested in a bunny's photos but if you want, her Instagram account is @cadburytherabbitz - With a z at the back.

Last 2 photos taken with my iphone. In comparison, the Zenfone seems to take better pictures. The front camera also got the beautify effect hahaha. You can set how smooth you want your skin to be, add blusher, enlarge your eyes and make your face thinner - all these are customisable.

Then i spent my second day off with Bryan. We headed back to Nunsongyee cos i wanna try the black sesame bingsu and their ddeokbokki. 

And we spent the rest of the evening lazing around at my house cos Singapore is boring and we were also lazy to travel to anywhere else. 

I was just using my phone when he fell asleep but look, he still grabbed my hand when he slept hehe :) I don't need him to buy me expensive things or bring me to eat at high-class restaurants - just simple things like these make me happy.

Back on the grind

Back to blog after.... 11 days. I don't have any photos to post because #exams. Now that it has ended, i'm kinda working hard to earn some money for Bryan and my trip to Japan. Actually i don't think i'll have enough? I mean, i don't want to scrimp and save when i'm overseas. I just want to spend comfortably and not contemplate any of my purchases.

Strawberry bingsu from O'ma Spoon. Quite good. From then on, B wants to eat bingsu from everywhere else.

So we went to Nunsongyee and ordered the injeolmi bingsu. This is good too hehe. I've never tried a bingsu i didn't like. Surprisingly, it's kinda near my house too so yay!

At iSteak at Serangoon Gardens

Hmm nothing impressive about the steak. This place is just like Astons but slightly better and pricier. My steak cost $16 with 2 complimentary sides. B ordered the Norwegian fish ($16) and it was just alright too.

Since we were at gardens, we hopped over to Oblong for dessert!

This is yummy! I've only tried red velvet waffle twice - once at Stateland cafe and this time at Oblong. After my experience at Stateland, i kinda stayed away from red velvet waffles and stick to the normal buttermilk ones? Everyone says Stateland's red velvet waffle was good but when we tried it.... it was so disappointing.

Oblong, on the other hand, has impressed me (maybe cos i got low expectations lol)! So happy i got to eat a nice red velvet waffle because i love red velvet!

With my favourite boy

I felt like it has been so long since i did a food post. I always do it last time because we always hunt for yummy food but we kinda stopped for a while due to our other commitments.

Selfie because i like how i lined my eyes here. I don't actually like putting on eyeliner because it's such a hassle and everyone knows i'm damn lazy haha. But that's how i like to draw my eyeliner if i have/want to draw them; just a simple and natural-looking one.

My in-charge actually told me it's compulsory to draw eyeliner to work and i diligently drew them for the first 2 weeks of work. Now.... i just go without eyeliner cos it's really damn troublesome. Plus i'm kinda a perfectionist and i won't leave the house until i'm satisfied with every aspect. Hmm this is also a reason why i'm always late. I need to keep checking my outfit, makeup, lipstick, hair etc etc until i'm damn late already then i'm like ok fuck this shit.

This girl here is really the queen. I just came back from work about 30 mins ago. No one was at home because my parents went for my aunt's birthday dinner and guess what, the aircon in the living room was on. The first thing i saw when i opened the main door was Cadbury prancing around happily in the cold. SHE HAS BETTER LIFE THAN ME. I'm pretty sure my mum treats her better than she treats me hahaha #fml

Don't know why this is overexposed but i like my new sweater hehe. Original price is $79.90 but guess what? I got it for only $20 hehehe.

SO HAPPY TO SEE THIS TODAY because for the past 3 weeks, it has been "complete MR notes by xxx, complete BB notes by xxx, Finish chapter xx for xx" etc etc. Yay to having absolutely nothing to do ^^. Gonna play my sims and maybe watch some videos.

Closed one eye for the last photo because there's still a tiny gap before the words. Remember i mentioned how B likes to cut off photo at the weirdest place? Like right on top of my head, exactly where my body ends etc etc. This time he cut it off at the words and it's just weird, to me. 

Wore this outfit for Vanessa's farewell party in the evening. It's a pity we didn't take any photo i guess we were too busy eating. Lol.

I like this romper so much i'm thinking of getting a monochrome one as well but i think it's a waste of money to get the same design so i'm in a huge dilemma. I'm in the skorts phase now because i can wear them for work and i don't have to worry about accidental-exposure of underwear lol.

It has been a while since Cadbury makes an appearance on my blog. 

Hehe she's so fluffy i can wanna squeeze her all the time. Sometimes i feel bad for going out/going for work because i don't want to leave her alone at home. Sign of an overly attached owner haha. This girl has been shredding a lot though. 

If i actually collect her fur, i can make a pillow already.

What i got from the PC Show + OOTD

Hehe gonna blog about the day i was waiting for, ever since my old Macbook Pro sort of died. Yup, you got it. I was literally counting down to the PC show. I know for sure the Apple's pricing will be the same as the retail price but i just gian the freebies lor hahaha. I had my eyes set on a Macbook and nothing else, I was just pondering over Macbook Air or Macbook Pro.

A pretty unusual get up i would say because i've always hated wearing jeans. To everyone's surprise (including me), i actually wore jeans quite a few times this year already. I dislike wearing jeans because Singapore's weather is brutal all year round and i find that they restrict my movements more than shorts and skirts. However, this pair of shredded denim jeans is currently my favourite. The denim is not so thick and the "holes" made it more wearable in Singapore! I love how it adds an edge to my entire outfit. It's causal but not sloppy. Absolute love :) 

The PC Show was packed, as expected. We took a cab down because my mom had bible study before that and it only ended at about 3pm-ish. I wanted to go really early because i had plans to meet Bryan thereafter but obviously my plan was ruined. Bought a meal at BK immediately since i hadn't eaten and because it was so crowded, i kinda ate and shopped at the same time. I had the burger, gave Jeremiah the fries and we shared the drink. We just walked around with the food in our hands.

Bryan wanted to look for me at the IT fair and he called me a few times but because it was so noisy and so packed, i didn't know he called. Somehow he managed to find me! I was in awed. 

Me: Omg why are you here?

B: I called you so many times why you never pick up?

Me: Huh i didn't know. I didn't hear anything. How did you find me?

B: I had to rely on my gut feelings lor. 

I was supposed to go out with this poor boy after everything but like i said, our plan was ruined. So we only met for about 2 hours in the end and he went back home after having dinner with my family. I felt really bad but he's a sweetheart. I'm very thankful to have him :')

I bagged home a new camera!!! HEHE. It has been about 3 years since I lost my Sony camera charger twice and I didn't get it replaced for the third time because i gave up haha. Since then, I've been wanting to get a new camera. This has a flip screen too! Hehe.

Thank you Daddy for this! I'm going to pay him back half of it after i come back from my trip. This is my first time using an Olympus camera so i'm still testing and trying to fully utilised the functions. 

And tadah! I chose Macbook Pro again.

This is paid for by my mum, who told me this will be my 22nd birthday present. Couldn't be more thankful for my family for always pampering me. Honestly, I feel bad whenever i use my parents' money for my own wants/needs so i definitely won't take them for granted. I'm not earning now but i have my own ways of showing my family that i appreciate them.

I took some test shots after we came back. I looked quite tired because I was? Haha i really hate squeezing with the crowd man. It drains my energy. 

 My mum asked me to delete them and i said ok..... hahaha. But they are too cute not to post. Oh ya, I had a pimple that was smacked right above my lips. That pimple lasted for about 5 days to a week instead of the usual 2-3 days. Meh.

I've been busy trying to fix my Macbook ever since i got home from work. My macbook kept freezing, even at google home page wtf. I used my phone to google and tried to save it but to no avail. I rebooted it eventually.... all my photos, videos, school works and all the important stuff are gone :'( SIGH If you're wondering, i also tried to back up but it froze so i guess i had no choice.

I just whipped up my breakfast for 2 days, at 11.45pm. I've been eating all my greens lately :)

Doesn't look appetising but it's 好吃 ok!

It was Easter yesterday! So Cadbury wants to say "Happy Easter Everybunny!" Yeah i'm a day late but better late than never right?

Ok backtrack to Good Friday last week. Met Bryan for a while in the afternoon to have lunch before he booked in later that night. Decided to give Podi a try because my sister recommended it.

 My Duck Berry Waffle

On the side was their blueberry sauce and mustard sauce (if i'm not wrong). The mustard sauce is pretty dope. 

We headed to Millennia Walk for Tart Blanc. Bryan wanted to try this for quite some time but we walked past twice and the shop was always empty. I have this thing whereby i hate to go inside an empty shop. I especially hate it when the shop assistant follows me around the shop while i browse through their racks. Like leave me alone already... But i understand that some employers require them to do that. Years back when i worked at Abyzz, i had to follow the customers around and i felt bad so i tried to keep at a comfortable distance whereby i can attend to them immediately if they needed help. 

Anyway, try to go Tart Blanc between 2-5pm because they have a special promo for any tart and any tea for $9.90 only. We went at 4.59pm hahaha. How lucky.

I chose the Blood Orange Tart as recommended by them. I'm attracted to the crust at the bottom. Actually i like anything with crust at the bottom. The consistency of the tart is also very nice. It sort of melts in your mouth.

The next day, on a Saturday, was our date again. I wanted to bring him to this Korean restaurant but they require me to reserve a day in advance so we had to change plan....

Met at Kovan because he wanted to try Hatter Street. I was kinda in a bad mood that day and everything pisses me off so we had a quarrel but we made up later that night. Anyway we went to Ice Edge cafe for dinner first. No photos because i was angry/upset/annoyed. Lol. Come to think of it, the pesto chicken i had at Ice Edge is instagram worthy. Oh well... 

Easter Sunday was spent with the usuals! Was supposed to meet at 4pm then 5pm and ended up meeting at 5.30pm. In the end only Melissa reached at 5.30pm haha the rest of us were late. I don't know what to say about the punctuality of our clique.

Ended our day at Lady M. Had such a good laugh at everything. Thank you for making my day a little better whenever we meet. I'm glad that we are meeting up more often too yay!
