Labour Day

Spent my Labour Day with my favourite boy ever.

Had an impromptu shopping spree that day and i was so happy. It has been a while since i shopped. I got for myself a pair of Dr.Martens and a cropped denim jacket as well as a tube peplum top from Miss Selfridge. Thank you Bryan for helping me to carry my shopping bags and waiting for me for like an hour at Miss Selfridge. Oh and also for going to 2 different Starbucks because i insisted that they have this 1 for 1 promotion from 2-5pm hahahaha but I think it's not available in Singapore -_-

Got a dozen of Krispy Kreme because the boy was craving for it.

Love is a force more formidable than any other. It is invisible - it cannot be seen or measured, yet it is powerful enough to transform you in a moment, and offer you more joy than any material possession could.

Shopping always makes me happy but nothing can make me any happier than being with him. I hardly say things like this but like my close friends always tell me, he's a gem. To get my friends to say this to me, he must be pretty awesome haha.

Gotta admit my brows looked too weird that day and i only realised it when i scrutinised the photos. Meh.

We had Korean for dinner. Can you believe i tried to make reservation thrice but all failed because it was fully booked?! In the end i called about 5 days in advance to place a booking. I wanted to keep it a surprise for Bryan but i had to ask him how to go in the end because i don't know how hahahaha #FAIL. But it was my treat that day :)

Dinner was at Damatory Jung Wine House. We had their buffet!

Tuna Steak and Tteokbokki (Korean rice cake).

MUST order both when you're there. It's really yummy.

Beef slices

Also, please do yourself favour and order their kimchi pancake. IT'S CRAZY GOOD. Like i LOVE it.

Lazy to rotate the photo haha. It's spicy squid and chicken with cheese. Don't order the chicken with cheese because we really regret it. It was alright but it's pretty gelat and it's dull in comparison with the rest.

I'd rather save my stomach space and try other dishes.

Seafood Tofu Soup.

If you are wondering why the dishes look so big it's because they serve the normal ala carte portion for their buffet. So it's better if you go in a big group, that way you can try more dishes. We only have the 2 of us so there were so many other dishes we couldn't try. Anyway you can opt for ala carte too but the ala carte price for the kimchi pancake is $17 already so buffet is probably more worth it.

I'm going to ask the usuals here to try soon. I miss their kimchi pancakeeeeeeeee already.

P.S Hehe my mini shopping loot
