Pancake

My favourite healthy pancake! 

It's really easy to make and it only requires 5 ingredients for the pancake batter. 

Mashed banana (depends on how banana-y you like)
1 tablespoon of milk
1 egg
A bit of cinnamon powder
1-3 tablespoon of flour (change to blended oats for healthier choice)


I say 1-3 tablespoon because sometimes my batter is slightly watery (presumedly it's due to the fruits). You can play around with it actually. Sometimes i add cranberries, blueberries or even nuts into the batter. You can topped with maple syrup or like me, i use low fat yogurt.

This is really easy to make! I took less than 10minutes!
