Friday x Saturday

Hi, i'm back on blogger! I haven't had any inspirations to blog because my life is pretty mundane right now. It revolves around work, boyfriend, family, friends. I've been busy catching up with people in my life and i didn't have the time to take photos as well, which explains why i have nothing to update. Anyw, i'm blogging from my office right now :/ Gonna make this a short and quick one!

Selfie taken on Thursday!

My causal OOTD for dress down friday
Top: H&M
Floral Jeggings: H&M
Bag: Charles & Keith
Shoes: Far East Plaza

Hehe my floral jeggings only cost $24.90 from H&M and it was the last piece in my size!!!! Top was also about $24.90, i bought it cos my company has this white top black bottom dress code every Monday. I couldn't resist and wore it out on Friday haha. Shoes only cost me $20 at FEP cos they were having sales but i bought it quite long ago and only wore it out for the first time last friday cos i felt like wearing heels. I almost never wear heels cos of my height.

It was also Cecilia's last day with the company :(

Then it was my date with Bryan after i knocked off but since he was early, he came down to Toa Payoh to find me and we ended up having dinner at Safra TPY. Had some japanese food, which was disappointing. I love japanese food and hence, i have high expectations.

Ended my Friday with New Zealand Ice Cream!

There came Saturday which was a really productive day for me because i woke up early for my underarm IPL session. I also went for my first ever facial appointment after that. Yes you heard it right, my first official facial. Lol i think this is quite embarrassing but i never felt the need to go for facials or to even apply any skin care products on my face.... Anyw i finally went for facial cos I was picked by Blush Wax to have a complimentary facial (because i used to go there for underarm waxing, not anymore since i have IPL treatment) To put it bluntly, it was free :P

As expected i knew they would ask me to top up for other better facials but i said no because i wanted to try first. Afterall, i didn't have any facial experience yet. So i went ahead for that 1 hour facial and i felt so...good? Except the blackhead extractions which hurt like a motherfucker but the rest of it was just so comfortable. The therapist also seemed like he is experience and knows what he was doing (HAHA yes mine was a guy) After the session, i decided to buy a ONE time radio frequency facial in the hopes of reducing my dark eye circles. That cost me $88, which i think it's quite reasonable. The therapist promised me that i would be able to see a slight difference in one session so if it's good, i guess i'll sign up for the package!

I was supposed to meet Bryan immediately after my facial appt but he was kinda late, so i made a last minute decision to do brazilian waxing :/ I've been wanting to do it but i didn't have the courage to..... until that day, when i did it on impulse. LOL. I have low tolerance for pain but i felt that it wasn't as bad as i expected. I would rate it the painfulness 7/10. Some parts that are more sensitive will be slightly more painful but all in all, it was bearable and i have NO REGRETS! Hehe and i signed up a package for that which cost me $240 for 6 sessions and + my first b wax $38. In 2 hours, i gave $368 to blush hahahaha but i really feel that it's worth it (for the b wax, as for the facial i'll update again).

When i told Bryan what i bought/did, he said next time if we ever went bankrupt, it would be because i spent too much. But spending money on beauty is always worth it! Gotta start taking care of my health/skin etc.
