Indian food at Mustard
I don't think many know that i actually pretty much enjoy Indian food although my favourite cuisine will always be Japanese food. Indian food is also good lah - so full of spices and flavours. Bryan asked his indian friend (from India) where he/his family always eats in Singapore and his friend recommended Mustard and said that it's their favourite legit Indian food in Singapore. B brought me there almost immediately hahaha.
Indeed, the food never disappoints! B and i are full of praises for this lovely place. Price is on the high side btw - our bill came up to about $90.
Must order their coconut curry prawn if you're there!
I wish i could tell you what we ordered because everything was so delicious but sadly, this happened 2 months ago.
Ya... this is the result of Bryan trying to be artistic..... what a weird shot lol.
Met up with my big fat love to try on the dress i wore at my sister's wedding. It came with my sister's wedding package so i got it from the bridal shop. I actually went for the fitting once but alterations needed to be done so this was my second fitting.
B doesn't like the dress though haha.
After fitting, we went hunting for heels for me to wear because i realised i didn't have a simple black pair of heels. Ok, to be honest, i don't even own many pairs of high heels. I managed to find the perfect pair i want from Charles and Keith. I wanted something simple, very minimalist and classic.
Told Bryan i was craving cakes so he brought me to Two Bakers to satisfy my craving :) It's along the same stretch as The Bravery (best iced chocolate in Singapore and their pancake is to die for) and Windowsill Pies. We first tried Windowsill Pies when it sort of just opened and when it was under the radar but i don't particularly fancy it. Now that it became the hipster place, it was crowded when we strolled past.
Anyway back to Two bakers. We had the carrot cake and.... blackforest cake i think. I'm quite picky when it comes to carrot cake but this is surprisingly good! My number 1 carrot cake is still at Spathe. I love it so much i even ordered the whole carrot cake as Bryan's birthday cake 2 years back.
