Gold Coast #2 & #3

On the second day of our trip, we went to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary! Before that, my boss woke up slightly earlier to prepare breakfast for all of us!

The few of us were also back at the Jetty to feed our ducklings while waiting for breakfast to be ready. What a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning :)

Then we headed to the our destination! Prior to this trip, i told my sister the draft itinerary and she was like... "you're spending AU$50 to go to the zoo? Don't animals look the same everywhere?!" I guess she was right but i was still excited to touch the Koala bears!!!

June and i. By the way, she's 23 and i'm 21. Lol.

 Tasmanian Devil!

How can something look so small and cute be so scary?

 Koalas.... Koalas everywhere.

Aww so cute!!! It was a bit smelly but I have a thing for furry animals. I wanted to hold it but you have to pay in order to do that and that's an additional AU$20 (minimum), with photos given of course. I honestly don't think it's worth to spend that amount just to take a photo with Happy J, the Koala, so i didn't but I got to touch it because Johnny paid money to take a photo hehe.

We took a train ride to go other parts and to the Adventure Park, which was included in our tickets.

Then i saw this boy who has the most memorising eyes ever. Those eyes........ blew me away i swear. He sat behind me and i kept turning over to look at him. HE'S SO DAMN CUTE!!! Whenever i turned to look at him, he would smile at me. Awww

These photos don't do justice to his beautiful eyes. This boy will grow up to be such a charmer. If only we're of the same age, i'd asked him to marry me hahahahahaha #sorryabitcrazynow

We had to alight at the next stop to go Adventure Pack but i still kept turning over to look at him. I'm not sure if you guys know but i'm really drawn to people with beautiful eyes. Especially blue or emerald eyes.

There's this place right in front of the Adventure Park where peacocks and kangaroos roam around freely. So we got distracted and decided to go and take some pictures.

 Selfie time!

Itchy?

Johnny bought some food for his son, Alex, to feed them and I managed to kop some haha.

It was time to go to the Adventure Park. If you're wondering, it's those kind of high element and obstacle course. We had so much fun there although I woke up with body ache the next morning haha. Lousy me.

LOL i know we are so cute. Btw we had to rent the shoes and socks for AU$2 in order to do the obstacle course. Pretty reasonable i think.

Plumber Jess

Hi! That's me hehe

It was late by the time we were done with this and it was drizzling so we had to go. I think we only saw 4 different types of animals. HAHA but adventure park was fun. It has been so long since i did this high element obstacle course. The last time was during a camp in secondary school.

I think it was about 5 or 6pm there and the temperature started dropping so it was quite cold outside.

I've decided to include day 3 here because i think i'll never be able to finish blogging about this and i still have my bangkok post to do. Anyway day 3 was really short, because we spent the day shopping so i don't have a lot of photos to show.

If i'm not wrong, we went to Habourtown Shopping Centre. If you're in Gold Coast, you MUST go there. It's an outlet shopping mall so everything is much cheaper and you might go crazy. We didn't have enough time to shop there -_- what a waste but i still managed to buy some stuff.

We only spent about 2 hours in Habourtown (trust me, it's not enough) and headed to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre next. Some shops in Pacific fair sell pretty decent clothes at a pretty decent pricing too. Oh and please visit K Mart if you're there. K Mart is a departmental store and frankly speaking, i was quite skeptical about it at first, but everything there is so cheap :O

June and i literally went crazy hahaha.

What i bought that day.

Like i mentioned before, shops close at about 5-6pm here so we returned back to our Villa to BBQ :)

LOOK AT THOSE GLORIOUS MEATS. Those marinated ones were insanely delicious and ridiculously cheap too. & the corns were so sweet too! I don't even eat barbecued corn (i'd rather eat something else) but those corns were awesome.

Some photos of the villa i stayed in.
