NASA Exhibition + iLight

(This was in my draft for 2 weeks already haha)

On some days, like today, I feel so tired and drained from work but on most days, i'm happy that i've a job.

I'm also glad that the usuals has been making time for each other. In the past, we used to meet about thrice a year (?) on average. But i've been seeing these guys rather often lately and i'm not even complaining hehe.

Tbh, i kinda expected more from the NASA exhibition but for just $6, i shall not complain. Wished they have more stuff about space instead of focusing on the machinery to get to space/use in space tho. Nonetheless, i've enjoyed myself thoroughly :)

Food ration!

We walked around the ArtZoo flea before making our way to Marina Square for dinner. Decided on Hifumi and jg left feeling very satisfied because of the free-flow appetizers lol. Melissa had to go after dinner so the 3 of us went to iLight!

The night ended with the 3 of us chilling at Henderson Wave, talking about some of the most random things in the world. These 2 boys and some of my guy friends treat me the best and never fail to make me feel like a princess even tho we tease each other a lot also. Honestly, sometimes my guy friends set the bar so high i wonder how my boyfriend is gonna keep up LOL.

Future of Us Exhibition x iLights

One of my favourite exhibitions to date is the Future of Us exhibition. I swear it's worth paying $14 for it and i would pay again to go back the second time. Lol I got a complaint from someone that i didn't go with him and i said ok we'll go next time because i really like it a lot! I think what makes this exhibition different from other exhibitions i've been to is that it was really engaging and interactive. Pretty interesting as well and the installations were so pretty.

Wanted to draw a dog but idk how and a cat seems easier to draw so a cat shall do since i wanted to have a cat next time too.

My favourite part of the exhibition!

Basically, you choose a design, colour it and you could see it on the screen after that. All the kids were colouring and suddenly you see ying and i amongst the kids, taking this very seriously hahaha.

Not lying when i said i took this seriously. I even attempted to do gradient hahaha wtf. But i got lazy towards the end and just decided to draw eyes to fill in the middle part. When ying saw my jellyfish, she asked me why was her blush in green HAHA wtf. They were freckles btw....

We walked to Aroy Dee for some thai food and to get my beancurd tarts from Le Cafe and decided to walk back to MBS for the iLights exhibition lol. I actually came for the iLights before but i couldn't find the moon globe so we decided to try our luck now.

And yay! We found it!

Cafe L'expresso/Harry Potter exhibition

Started the 8th on the right note. The boy brought me to Cafe L'expresso @ Goodwood Park Hotel for their high tea buffet! I kind of knew we were having buffet cos he asked me not to eat anything before that.

OOTD
Necklace: Tailman
Open back dress: ASOS
Bag: whatisdope
Shoes: gonelikemagic

I think i mentioned before that i love open back tops/dress. I'm not comfortable with wearing low cut or  even showing my cleavage. The only part i'm comfortable with showing is my back. Lol. I love this dress, it's like simple yet classy.

 My handsome boy

My first round. Everything on this plate was so good. I love it.

 Dessert counter!

Their creme brûlée was too sweet for my liking so i gave the boy after taking a spoonful. He's like my rubbish bin. Everything i don't want, i'll give him. Hahaha so poor thing.

I have no idea what ice cream is this. I think it was blueberry cheesecake ice cream but it tasted fantastic. Regretted not having a second serving :(

 Yummy logan cake~

Chocolate cake~ Didn't try this at all cos i thought it was too chocolatey for me. I'm not a huge fan of chocolate even though i do eat them. I can never understand why people love chocolate so much?

 The boy's favorite fruit pudding!

 Raspberry scones!

Strawberry cake! My favorite cake over there because i love strawberries.

We both left with our tummy buldging out. Nonetheless, we were still happy kids. However, i don't think it was worth the price we paid cos you get full easily? Their scones, sandwiches, bagel, croissant etc are quite filling. I'm not sure about the price cos my boyfriend paid for it but i'm pretty sure it wasn't cheap. I would much rather go to a sushi buffet hehe. But i have to admit that their food is good, i'm just not very willing to spend so much on food.

After that we went to the Harry Potter's exhibition!!! I've been bugging my boyfriend to go with me even before they officially open. I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan so can you imagine my happiness and excitement? Hehe.

I spent a bomb there but i still think it's quite worth it. Just that i must skimp and save every penny i have now. Lol.

They made everyone take this photo before entering the exhibition. We bought ours cos we both love it! One photo is $20 though. Everything is pricey there :(

Snapped some photos before going in!

 Why you so handsome? Hehehe

Didn't take any photos inside cos we were not allowed too (even though i took photos sneakily for titanic exhibition lol). I was too engrossed in HP's stuff. It was much shorter than what i expected but i think it was better than the titanic one. At least there were interactive games inside, like the quidditch!

Okay i don't want to spoil it for those who haven't go. So anyw, i bought a wand pen for myself and a scarf for my boyfriend. Total damage = $105 (including admission). My boyfriend bought the $20 photo for me though.

Everything is so expensive there. I like their red hoodie but they don't have anymore adult size and i think i can't fit inside the head of kid's size L. The hole for the head is so small  :( Maybe it was a blessing in disguise cos the hoodie cost $75. I also like hermonie's time turner necklace! So prettyyyyyyyyyyy. $120 -_- Sigh i really like it though but it's not worth the price.

Posed for a couple of photos with the Ravenclaw's scarf which i bought for the boy and the photo of us :D He chose Ravenclaw cos Gryffindor is too mainstream hahaha. So happy that we spent a great day together!

It was our 41st month together
