PART 1
Had an advanced birthday celebration with his family on a Saturday night where we dined at Cocotte. It's actually located at Wanderlust Hotel. I almost booked a room at Wanderlust btw, but as usual, i had a lot of thoughts running through my mind and i wanted somewhere that is away from the hustle and bustle; just somewhere for the 2 of us to relax and enjoy our day. Thank god i didn't book a loft room (was considering Studio M as well) or else it would be so inconvenient for him to hop up and down the stairs. Ok back to Cocotte...

Food at Cocotte was good btw. I didn't take photo because the food came one by one and i was quite hungry by then since we only had dinner at around 9pm. His family eats dinner really late all the time. Once, we had dinner at 9.15pm haha. I usually have dinner between 7-8pm because i don't like to go to bed feeling bloated. We had mussels, lardon salad and duck tart as starters. My favourite is the duck tart! I couldn't remember what mains we ordered but i enjoyed my dinner thoroughly. We also ordered 4 cakes and they didn't disappoint as well.
OOTD for Saturday
Top and bottom from taobao :)
Slept over at B's house that night.
I forgot to bring rubber band along so i used a pen to secure my bun ;)
PART 2
If you have watched the video i posted previously, you would have known that i booked a room at ONE15 Marina Club. B had to go back to CGH for checkup at 2.30pm (Meh...) so i headed over there first to prepare! I carried so many things omg i almost died. Since it's located at Quayside Isle, it's quite a hassle to get there if you don't drive but that was my point since i wanted somewhere quiet.
Tied up my hair because i was perspiring in the killer weather.
My initial plan was to get a string and hang up the instax above our bed or above the TV area BUT i couldn't find the string at home so i decided to make do with it. B stands for Bryan and Birthday? HAHAHA. Not bad for a last minute change right?
I also bought some balloons to make it more like a birthday celebration. I actually had 50 balloons BUT ain't nobody got time to blow 50 balloons yo. They were so hard to tie my index finger was super red and painful after that :(
I was damn smelly after running about so i took a shower before going to fetch Bryan from the taxi stand.
Hmmmmm.... i wore back the same clothes cos i forgot to bring extra :/
Free chocolates from the hotel. They were so good that Bryan went to request for one more box haha. Hashtag typicalsingaporean
Watching running man
He only reached at around 5pm so we took a short rest and had to prepare for dinner. For dinner i settled for Picotin Express after reading its review.
My handsome boy <3
Chubby face is chubby. Sigh.
Took my OOTD using my iPhone thus the bad quality

Sandals: Charles & Keith
Happy birthday to my favourite boy. Thank you for being such a sweetheart and for being so supportive in whatever i do; always encouraging me to pick up new skills and helping me to the best of your ability. I love you always, all ways.
Cakes from Rive Gauche
Did this when he went to shower haha.
Also took selfies because it had been so long since i had so much make up on. I mean, i usually don't put eyeliner and mascara.
We did a "boyfriend does my make up" video at 2am that day! Will upload soon. I wanted to do it for so long but we never did because we always end up watching videos and just be a piece of nua sai haha.
The next morning, we woke up early to go for breakfast. It was at Latitude, which is located at level 1 of ONE15 Marina Club. It was a semi buffet style.
Both of us ordered nasi lemak because they have an egg station for the buffet so we got omelettes there instead.
Photos for the second day were taken by my iPhone cos my camera died while filming the make up video. We actually requested to check out later but they were fully booked so we had to check out at 12pm. Meh.
We headed to Vivo city to walk around before watching the movie, Ouija.
B: "Let's watch Ouija."
Me: "Huh? You not scared meh?:
B: "Watch Ouija ok?"
Me: "Wait! You not scared meh?!"
B: "Oh it's horror?!?!"
Lol i couldn't believe he didn't know what ouija was. We decided to watch it anyway since the movie timing was the best for us. This Bryan was scared out of his wits hahahahaha. We have been together for so long now he doesn't even bother to act tough in front of me so he was covering his eyes half the time. LOL so funny please.
This concludes our short 2D1N Birthday staycation. B kept thanking me for putting in so much effort into planning his birthday but I think this is nothing compared to what he has done for me.
