Jeremiah's 13th

It's finally Friday! I know this is a short week since Monday was a PH but i feel like time passes so slow for me? Nonetheless, i'm glad Friday finally came.

Anyway i'm not sure if anyone knows, my brother's and Jeremiah's birthday is just one day apart so we always celebrate their birthdays together. We had an advanced birthday celebration last Saturday at one of the steamboat restaurants in Joo Chiat. They only have one soup base and it's shark broth. I don't have the restaurant name so please google if you want to go. It's not bad except that it's ala carte so it might be a bit pricey.

Over dinner, J suddenly asked me if i was planning to bring him out on Sunday. I didn't know he was staying over at my house so i've already made plans on Sunday. However, since Sunday was his actual birthday, i told him i could bring him along and he was more than happy to hear that. Glad i made that choice :)

Brought him to Kranji's Farmers Market!

$10 worth of pork belly. 

I actually queued for quite a bit for this and was planning on getting a serving of it but since i queued for so long i might as well get 2 servings. One serving is $5 btw. This pork belly damn yummy lah! Bryan said i should have bought 3 or 4 servings of it -_-

We also tried fried crocodile tail meat $5/stick, 2 grilled frog legs and 2 exotic drinks.

Left the farmers' market and went to Jurong's west mall to take a walk and made J play at the treehouse haha. 

Me: "Too bad i cannot play with you." 

B: "Ya you cannot."

Me: "Sigh.. cos i'm wearing skirt. Sian"

B: "What! It's because you're over the age limit."

The previous time i came here with B, i dashed into the treehouse as soon as i saw it. The age limit is up to 12 years old haha. Then B kept shouting at me and asked me to get out but i refused. It was damn fun ok! But everything there so tiny lah, my long legs got no space at all. So i got a big blue black on my knee hahaha. 

Anyway we went to W39 cafe for dinner before heading back.

Thankful to have spent my sunday with my favourite boys. I felt like i was bringing 2 kids out i swear. Haha but i'm not complaining, i've always love the interaction between these 2 even though B always talk nonsense to J. 

Thank you B for being so accommodating :) I texted him to let him know that I'm bringing J along and he agreed to it immediately.
