Zouk Halloween + F.Club w OG

Can you believe it was my first time dressing up for halloween? Can't believe it took me so long to join the fun. It was kinda like an impromptu decision to go for halloween party but we managed to get everyone together and dressed up for the part.

I went as a Roman gladiator/warrior

Those gladiator shoes will be the death of me. I took so long to wear them lol. I was supposed to do my hair but i didn't have curler and we were short of time. It was a pity though, my hair was really flat cos it was so humid :(

Zouk was really packed that night but nonetheless, we had fun. Thank you to my girlfriends for being so spontaneous hehe. We were saying how next halloween we should have a house party instead and i'm so excited even though it's a year from now haha.

On 11/11, the OG decided to meet up for dinner and chill over beers. It has been so damn long since we all met? But i'm glad to say that whenever we meet, our laughter filled the place hahaha. It was nice talking nonsense with them and that night, we discovered a little more about each other ;)

Had Round 1 at this bar called Red Dot and ordered 2 tower of beer to share. We were preparing to leave for F.Club when Jodie told us she was on her way to join us so we decided to go for Round 2 at another bar lol.

Ordered 2 more towers to share for that night. If you divide accordingly, it was about 2 people sharing 1 tower. Considering that some of them only drank a little, I think this group can hold their liquor quite well. I like drinking with people who can drink because i usually end up being the nanny lol so i'm glad that i was off duty that day haha.

Parted ways at around 2am before half of us moved on to F.Club for the night, another impromptu decision ^^

Chinese New Year is less than a week away but i've not done any CNY shopping. All that i've gotten was 2 pairs of heels. I'll be heading out for dinner with my friends in a bit, so i'm thinking of leaving slightly earlier to do some shopping. That is, if i can leave earlier.

Met up with Esther last Saturday for dinner. Asked the boys along but they couldn't cos of their army commitments haha. The last time we met was during our Bangkok trip, 6 months ago. Can't wait to go overseas again~

I thought i was a bit too dressed down for town so i decided to put on a statement necklace to "glam up" a bit. Speaking of necklaces, I know i hardly wear them out but i need to buy a necklace stand because i'm hanging them on my bag rack currently, with my bags over them. I'm also thinking of buying a new wardrobe, a new shoe rack that is solely for me and maybe another bag rack. If space permits. 

Is it i have asian eyes.....

We actually went shopping at The Editor's Market but we both came out empty handed because they only had big sizes left. I was eying on this romper and thought i could finally buy something for CNY but nope :'(

I know so many people who are excited for CNY but i also know a handful who dreads CNY. Which one are you? I think i belong to the handful because CNY can be boring at times.

KK's 21st

KK booked a karaoke suite at Orchard Parade hotel to celebrate his 21st! Our friendship goes way back to.....

HAHA yes we poke each other on FB every now and then ever since we were in year 2. That's about 2 years ago. There were more people involved in the poking war but all of them gave up and the 2 of us are fighting for the last one standing. Lol damn lame but me aint giving up yo. 

Sometimes he pokes me back within 5 mins after i poked him and i'll be damn sian so i'll wait for a few more days before i poke him back. Otherwise, it wouldn't just be 170 pokes. 

Happy birthday buddy! 

I'm not saying this because it's his birthday but he is definitely one of the nicest guys i've met. Esther and i both think that he would dote on his girlfriend/wife a lot in the future. Which also explains why i wanted to matchmake KK & Melissa hahahahaha. I brought it up to him once lah.

Me: Eh KK, you want to know my friend? I think the both of you are very suitable for each other.

KK: Huh why?

Me: Because my friend is a nice girl and i think she deserves a nice guy.

KK: Awww you're saying that i'm nice?

Me: *Roll eyes* Wtf dude.

And... we proceeded to talk about something else haha.

Just wanna take this chance to say she's a really good friend. Sorry not sorry for bullying you all the time.

We actually intended to leave slightly earlier but as usual, we were the last group to leave - at 4.15am. But i got my ride back haha thank you Kezs. Every single time he would say he don't want to send me home and that he would run to his car and leave me alone but never once he did that haha.

Too tired.

So happy to see so many familiar faces again! Actually we just saw each other last month but it's always a happy time whenever we meet up :)

Aileen's 21st

March is the month where i go broke. Like really broke. I don't even know where all my money go to :'(

And because of all the parties, late nights, alcohol and all the unhealthy food. It has taken a toll on my health. Double :'( I feel like my health this year deteriorates. I fall sick easily nowadays. Why like this? I'm currently having a coarse voice though my throat is no longer sore. My cough is also getting somewhat better. I miss my healthy self. Sigh. Note: I typed this on 19/03.

Back to Aileen's birthday. I met Bryan for lunch first before we parted ways for our own plans. Went to one of my favourite salad bars, The Green Bar. I only like 2 salad bars and they are The Green Bar & Toss & Turn. To be fair, i've not been to many salad bars in Singapore.

I ordered the same thing - Salmon Clementine. I love clementines btw. Bryan ordered Mr & Mrs Benedict off their brunch menu.

Of course, we always make space for desserts. We went to Patisserie G for some yummy sweet treats.  

I chose salted caramel with hazelnut sponge cake and one of their reccomendations.

I went to meet the rest after that to get a present and we walked around Tampines Mall for so long before i suggested to go into Courts to take a look. Guess what we took along with us when we left Courts? A TV. HAHA i'm not kidding. We bought a freaking TV for her and her twin #somuchwin

I tried to be artistic but failed cos the aircon kept blowing my balloons all over the place. I also blame KK for being a bad photographer even though he was quite patient. I don't know how many shots he took haha. 

The night ended with some of us trying to untie the freaking helium balloons just so we can play with it. TMD I took like 20mins to untie and i still couldn't untie the knot so I gave to 2 of aileen's friends to help me and they did it within like 5mins. WHAT IS THIS.

Anyway night ended with Kezs sending me home yay! Thank god for friends who drive and stay relatively close to me. Actually he always complains that my house is out of the way and how he has to make a detour to go back home but he always send me back lah hehehe. Thank you.
