Foo Lin Tou Foo Yuan X Jane Thai X Tim Ho Wan

Stayed over at Bryan's last week because his family had bbq at home and it'd quite late by the time i go home. Here's a selfie before i left home

We had way too much bbq food that night. Everyone was feeling stuffed.

His black labrador. Hehe

Hehe B holding my hand while he watched soccer :')

It was quite humid that day so we turned on the air con but i was freezing in the middle of the night and was curled up like a ball wishing that it would help. Obviously it didn't. Anyway, i was awake since it was so cold. Suddenly, i felt something warm over me. I opened my eyes and saw B covering me with the blanket and went back to sleep groggily. Hehe. It was a small but sweet gesture.

Anyway the next day, we woke up and Bryan brought me to his favourite yong tau foo at Foo Lin Tou Fu Yuan. It's really quite delicious! I super love their bee hoon.
I have never eaten this kind of YTF before. *thumbs up!*

My Boo :)

One of the reasons i dislike going to his house is because his ceiling fan always make me have a bad hair day haha. Just a fact, i hardly use the hair dryer because i think the heat will spoil my hair. I was complaining about my bad hair to him that day. Poor boy.

Somewhere last week, we met up after my work and headed to Jane Thai for dinner. Just a heads up, it's located at the sleazy Orchard Towers. We saw a lot of girls cladded in sexy *ahem slutty* dresses. Ok enough about the girls, back to the food.

+ point for a heart shaped rice hehe

For 2. You see Bryan's plate of rice over there? I gave about 1/2 of my rice to him so it sort of ruined his heart shaped rice.

Him: "How you know i wouldn't want to take photo of the rice?"

Thumbs up for the food too, especially the Ka Pao Mu (Basil leaves with minced beef/pork/chicken). That's about the only thai dish i can say in thai. Oh and i know phad thai, tom yum goong, Kau (rice) and Cha Yen (thai milk tea). Not so bad huh? Haha. I don't really fancy their green curry because i think they overdid it with the coconut milk and it's also a bit too sweet and not spicy at all. Bryan loves it though.

The thai fish cake is not bad although i prefer the one we always eat at Golden Mile. The plate of veg is also quite nice. I don't think you can go wrong with stir fry veggie right? They taste about the same. I don't think i've found somewhere with stir fry veggie that stands out among the rest.

Moving on to last Thursday. I'm not sure if y'all know i've officially joined the unemployment line haha. School's gonna start in July and i need a break. Y'all don't know how long i've been waiting for this day to come. Anyway, my last day was on a friday but i took half day so they had a farewell dinner for me on Thursday instead.

To Tim Ho Wan for my farewell dinner!

We ordered WAY too much haha. I don't think the photo can fully justify how much we ordered. Our tables were literally overflowing with dim sum.

Said everything i want to say on the cards that i gave and also on instagram so i'm not going to repeat them but thank you for everything, especially if you have helped me in some ways or another. I'm gonna miss y'all :')
