Thursday x Friday

On and off, my wrists will feel a slight discomfort and pain which usually last for a week or slightly more. The time of the year is here again. I have no idea why but this started probably about 2 or 3 years ago. Perhaps i should go for a X-Ray to find out why....

Anyway, my pokpoks and i went to SMU to support Celine for her Voice Personality Hunt competition. Basically they have to partner with an opposite gender and emcee together. It was the final 8 vying for the top position!

I miss hanging out with them and going to classes together etc. Now, joanne and i are the only ones working first while they already embarked on their university journey. Hopefully we can go overseas together next year!

Then on Friday, I left work earlier to meet Bryan for dinner at Golden Mile! Well, i wanted to go hunting for Jeremiah's birthday present at bugis first but that wasn't any thing to see so we walked to Golden Mile for our dinner before going to Suntec to continue our hunt.

Before that, i had seafood fried rice @ my company's cafe for lunch

We always go to Beerthai House Restaurant at Golden Mile!

 5 dishes, 4 thai iced milk tea & 3 plates of rice costed us $53.

I love love love their thai fish cake! I also like basil leaves with minced meat. We ordered pork this time and i think the pork wasn't fresh cos the taste was rather weird so i only ate a bit. Bryan didn't find anything wrong with it but in the end we had stomachache. Haha i think it was the pork.

Overall, the food was satisfying even though i thought their standard dropped. 

We also walked past the rich & good cake shop and went in to buy their durian swiss roll. Frankly speaking i love their kaya one but they only had the durian one left. I bought it anyway because my mum loves durian. 

In the end i didn't managed to get anything for Jeremiah but i got a pair of shorts for myself haha. Decided to get a GAP t-shirt for him tomorrow! Gonna have a birthday celebration at ECP over bbq tonight and we're also going to the SEA Aquarium tomorrow!
