Stylenanda/3CE Makeup Review Part 2

You can view part 1 here.

In my 3CE part 1 review, i talked about the shimmer stick, lip colour aka lipstick and the lip pigment. As i was quite impressed, i decided to try more of 3CE's make up range.

These are all my 3CE products so far. The new ones are 3CE cream blusher in coral, 3CE Lip Color in celebrity, 3CE lip pigment in mink beige and 3CE cream waterproof eyeliner.

3CE Cream Blusher
They have it in 3 different shades and i got it in Coral since i have 2 pink blushers at home already. Prior to this, i've never tried cream blusher. Like an excited kid, I tried it the next day immediately and guess what? It's not a surprise that i love it!

Since it comes in a tube packaging, it's extremely easy to apply. I have noticed that their products are rather pigmented so i only squeeze one small drop on my finger, dabbed 3 dots on each cheek and blend them. It's so easy to blend and colour turns out so well. + point is that it's very long lasting. Hehe i'm so happy at how well it turned out for me.

3CE Lip color
I realized that i missed out on this so this is a photo i found on Google instead. I got mine in Celebrity, which is pretty shade of neon orange tone that is not too bright or overwhelming for me.

Pros:
- Pigmented
- Rather long-lasting

Con:
- Dry

*[Edit: 03/12/2014] After doing 2 reviews on this product, i just found out that some lip colors/lipsticks are more moisturizing than the others ( I have 4 3CE Lip Colors now) so i turned to check the labels again and realized that the MATT lip color is more dry while the ORIGINAL ones are slightly better. I'm sorry i took so long to realize it but when i bought them, it wasn't stated whether it's matt or original so i thought they were the same.*

In fact, i think this gives off a slightly more natural look, which i like. I'd wear this on dressed down days when I don't want to look too sloppy.

3CE Lip Pigment
I've already reviewed it in part 1 but just to summarise it...

Pros:
- Highly pigmented so you only need a small amount of it.
- Long lasting
- Versatility

Cons:
- Be sure to apply lip balm first as it is not moisturizing at all (same for their lip color/lipstick).
- Application is slightly more troublesome as you have to use a lip brush to apply.

Also, remember to give it a shake before using it.

 Left: Issue, Right: Mink beige

In Issue

Photos captured using iPhone at night hence the quality.

The colour is definitely much brighter in real life.

In Mink Beige

It's pretty much a nude colour. I'm not such a fan of nude lips though. I remember my colleague asked me whether i have nude lipstick (cos i've been changing my lip colour everyday at work lol) and my reply to her was, "Nope. I apply lipstick because i want some colours on my lips so having nude lips would defeat the purpose. I might as well don't apply anything." And she laughed at my response haha.

Anyway, I got it in beige so that i can play and mix with other colours to lighten them. I actually mixed it with NYX soft matt lip cream in San Paulo for this picture *points below*

Their unique marketing of this product is you can mix the colour around to get the ideal shade that you want, so it's very versatile. I quite like the beige and electro pink combination! Am considering if i should get it.

Mixed my Issue and Mink Beige together to give it a beige coral tone as seen on the chart.

Not sure if it's because of the camera quality or the lighting in my room is just bad, the colour is different in real life. The colour on my lips is pretty much the same as the swatches i did but somehow it seems more orange in my selfie.

3CE Cream Waterproof Eyeliner
I don't have oily skin but unfortunately, i have oily eyelids so having a waterproof eyeliner is really important for me. I only use liquid eyeliners as i think they work better for oily lids. I heard that their cream eyeliner is really good so i decided to give it a go.

I got it in the colour - Evita, which is a shimmery brown eyeliner. I wanted something apart from the usual black but i'm not adventurous enough to try other colours. I was so tempted to get it in Moulin Rouge, a shimmery blue colour or in Chicago, a shimmery purple colour, but decided that i'm too noob to make them work haha.

I like how the shimmer is very subtle so it doesn't look too overdone. I tried smudging by rubbing it after taking this photo and it's really smudge proof! It doesn't even budge. The consistency is very smooth thus it glides onto the skin really well, making it easy to draw your eyeliner. However, i do find myself reapplying it as the inner corners tend to smudge a bit due to my oily lids. I still think it's a good product because i heard it works for so many people. My eyelids are probably too oily haha. Also, note that i didn't use any primer and usually just apply it over my skin.

Even though it's smudge proof (it doesn't smudge if you rub it), it is surprisingly easy to remove. One of the best parts is, it comes with a sharpener!

Just pull out the end and you can sharpen the eyeliner with it. How awesome! Hehe

My favourite 3CE product has got to be the cream blusher followed by their shimmer stick (even though i hardly use it due to lack of time to put on full make up everyday). Their lip colour would be perfect if only it wasn't so dry on the lips.
