So i've been indulging in all sorts of unhealthy food recently and today i finally feel so fat and flabby. I've eaten pizzas, loads of desserts, burgers etc and i didn't workout AT ALL. The last time i went to the gym was last tuesday and i didn't go after that cos my arms were aching badly but this was just an excuse i know cos well, i still can do cardio right?
So i'm gonna kickstart my week with body combat early in the morning followed by a 3km run before i meet Bryan for Fast & Furious 6! I've also decided to have a 4 day eat clean week because all those fats that i lost are coming back to me :'(
Frankly speaking i really feel that i feel good when i eat healthily and with that and exercise i get a more regulated sleep instead of sleeping at 4-6am and waking up at 3pm. Everyone lets work towards a healthier and better looking you!
