I finally have some time to sit down and blog properly. I've been keeping myself busy at the gym lately. So anyw this post won't be about HK cos i haven't transfer all the photos yet. I was supposed to be at the gym now, attending my body combat class which i was dying to go but didn't get a chance to. I'm having flu now and my mucus is yellowish :( i blamed it on the onions in my subway wrap!!!!! Does this only happen to me? Whenever i eat too much onion, i feel thirsty all the time. Like ytd, after my lunch, i kept drinking water cos my throat was too dry.
So before doing everything, i went to shop for my gym necessities @ Queensway.
I would always ask Bryan for his opinions on Sports related stuff because his whole family is athletic. I only bought running shoes here and i borrowed the rest from him hahahahahahahaha. I have my own sports bra like duh. But he passed me his new running socks, singlets and shoe bag.
"90% of your sports attire belongs to me" LOL
Like what bee told me the other time, Bryan is like my own personal provision shop. Haha.

At a coffee shop opposite queensway shopping centre. The food is affordable and i would say it's quite nice for the price i'm paying. My lamb shank was soft enough and the gravy complements the meat very well. A very huge potion too because we couldn't finish.
After contemplating too much, i finally decided to do this.
Officially a member of California Fitness on 21 March 2013. It's 26 March now and i've been there for 3 times. HAHA enthusiastic girl. Prior to this, i don't work out at all. No jogging, no lifting weights etc. So on the first day, i did some treadmill (10mins), eplitical (10mins) and attended Hatha Yoga class (50 mins) and after my workout i met Bryan for dinner and just kept telling him i was damn tired. Lol.
"idk why they say after working out you'd feel refreshing, i feel like crap."
"Omg i'm so tired. I don't think i can do this."
"I thought yoga was supposed to be refreshing?! It's so tough!"
Etc etc.
Hahahaha i'm damn annoying, only Bryan can take it.
For you to laugh at me. LOL.
I don't even look like myself here. Eww.
I'm also trying to eat cleaner. Not going to stick to a super strict diet because i love food and i see no point in that but i'm going to try to eat a healthier alternative.
That was the first day. Then very next day i went back to the gym again in the morning because i had to go for some talk with Bryan in the afternoon. I wanted to go for body combat at 9.50am but i was late. Bummer. So i did my own cardio workout and went for Pilates class. Pilates is even more tiring but i feel that this is a good workout. That day, i just briefly told him what i did AND i didn't complain at all. I hope it's because my body is slowly getting used to it.
On Sunday, my babyboy left for Bangkok for ONE MONTH early in the morning. Meh. Obviously i want him to stay in Singapore but i'm glad that he's going to do what he likes. That's his passion so i understand :)

Left and went to have lunch @ Ichiban Sushi with my sister and little nephew. It was my first time there but i don't think there's anything special. Sushi Tei is still better.
And at night, i was back at the airport again to send my sister off to Korea for her work trip.
Farewell dinner @ Soup Restaurant for le sister. Hehe i chose this place cos i was craving for the samsui chicken. We ordered a total of 9 dishes for 5 adults, 1 child. Cray cray. We couldn't finish it in the end but it was a great meal. My tummy was happy for that moment.
Ytd was another day at the gym after my work. I had an appt for some posture thing @ 5pm and i was told that it's complimentary and they will draft out a 45mins workout schedule for me to help me. So it was like a 45mins workout with a personal trainer.
So my initial plan was:
5pm: appt
5.45pm: yoga
6.40pm: Body combat
Look so cui.......
Finally went to the weights area because i was so intimidated all the time. The weights area hardly has any girls and it's all muscular guys O.O
Tried to lift some weights and do some resistance training but because i didn't have any knowledge about all this at all so he had to guide me along. He's quite nice though but y'all know the next step to this right? He asked me to sign up for personal training at $95 per hour........ Anyw i told him i wasn't interested. I was only done at about 6.30pm so i missed my yoga class and by the time i headed to the body combat class (which is damn popular here) it was full -_-
But i still did my own shit and went home and collapsed. I also skyped with Bryan whenever we can. Life is great so far, i hope it will be even better.

I was sitting on the sofa and she just had to squeeze beside me to sleep. Hehehehe. So adorable. Thank you Bryan for bringing her into my life. My little bundle of joy♡
