As y'know, i went to Mabelline's fashion show @ Soul today with BLKW. I was so hyped up and excited about it on friday and kept thinking of what i should wear. hehe i know i sound like some bimbo here but since it's a fashion show i can't wear t-shirt, shorts and slippers right?
I had decided not to overdress and i dressed semi causal to the event. I don't expect myself to say this, but the whole event was a disappointment to me. BLKW and i left halfway cos it was boring. The place is kind of small for the event and it was super packed.
We were directed up to the second floor (the runway on the first) and we were stuck here so we had to watch the whole event on the screen they provided. Like whutttttttt. But i have to say putting the screen was a good effort on their part cos there is no way everyone can get to watch the event "live". Was quite disappointed alrd and so we decided to make our way to the exit on the 1st floor.
&...we decided to sneak in to the VIP room to watch the event. Boy, we should have done that earlier!

We managed to catch a few glimpses of the models but that was pretty much about it. The whole place was really dark, so technically we can't see the outfits they wore. Furthermore, like i said, it was quite crowded. So after 10-15 mins at the VIP area, we left...
The only positive thing about the event was the free ice cream lol.
So the disappointed kids left and decided to head to the IT fair @ suntec convention hall cos i want to buy my thumb drive! 4GB thumb drive for only $9.90, good deal? We went to pennisular in the hope of buying my Mary Jane cos his friend bought it from there but it's out of stock alrd so i guess i have to wait till Sept.
Even though the event wasn't what we expected, i am glad we get to take this opportunity to spend time with one another☺
